What We Offer
The Pump Warehouse is not just a retail store — we are a full-service pump business. Our qualified technicians install, repair, service, and maintain all types of water pumps and filtration systems across the Auckland and Hamilton regions.
Pump Installation
We install all types of water pumps including household pressure pumps, bore and submersible pumps, pool and spa pumps, hot water circulator pumps, sewage pumps, and engine-powered pumps. All installations are carried out by our qualified technicians, fully tested on completion, and backed by our workmanship guarantee.
Pump Repair & Servicing
We repair all brands of water pumps — not just the brands we sell. Bring your pump to our Auckland or Hamilton store, or call us to arrange a technician visit. Most repairs are completed within 2–5 working days. We hold parts for all major brands in stock, so we are not waiting on overseas shipping for common repairs.
Signs your pump may need attention: reduced water pressure, pump running constantly, pump not starting, unusual noises, pump starting and stopping rapidly (short-cycling), or water discolouration. Call us and we can often diagnose the problem over the phone before you bring the pump in.
Water Filtration Installation
We supply and install whole-house water filtration systems, UV sterilisation units, under-bench drinking water filters, and rainwater and bore water treatment systems. Our team will assess your water quality and water usage, then specify and install the right system for your home or business.
Filter Cartridge Replacement
Water filters need regular cartridge replacement to remain effective — typically every 6–12 months depending on your water quality and usage. We stock cartridges for all major filter brands and can advise on the right replacement schedule for your system. We also offer a filter replacement reminder service.
Bore Water Assessment & Treatment
Bore water is common on rural properties and lifestyle blocks across Auckland and the Waikato. It can contain sediment, iron, manganese, bacteria, and other contaminants. We assess your bore water and design a treatment system that makes it safe and pleasant for drinking and domestic use.
